Refund policy
At Serenity Style Co, we want you to love every item you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help!
- Email CPerkins@serenitystylecompany.com with your order number and reason for return, and I'll provide next steps.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
- Approved items will be issued as store credit.
- Please allow 5-7 business days after receiving your return for processing.
- We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available.
- If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
